| 1) | White Glove Lifestyle 24 is our standard service. Membership at this level entitles White Glove Lifestyle members to lodge requests with the dedicated service team at any time, day or night. These requests are guaranteed to be processed within 24 hours at the very most. |

| 2) | White Glove Lifestyle Gold is our premium service. As a Gold subscriber, White Glove Lifestyle members receive an enhanced level of service with their own dedicated "Lifestyle Manager". The White Glove Lifestyle manager assigned to your account is a single and constant point of contact, allowing for the development of a productive dialogue between the member and White Glove Lifestyle. Over time, your Lifestyle Manager understands individual likes and dislikes and can proactively communicate upcoming events that he or she knows will be of specific interest. Our Lifestyle Managers also keep a record of White Glove Lifestyle Gold members' key personal and family dates and will proactively contact the member at the appropriate time to provide gift suggestions and ideas for parties and celebrations. |
